TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ordering:

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
Please only submit CONFIRMED order(s) to prevent yourself from being blacklisted.
Copy and paste item code and name to the order form found below the entry/ Click on the 'Order Form'.
You may also send us your order(s) directly to TAINTEDAISY@GMAIL.COM
A confirmation invoice with payment details will be sent to your email address within 24-48 hours
Items will be sold based on first come first pay first serve basis, which means even if you have paid within 24 hours, items will be prioritize to customer who made payments first.
Failure to make payment within 24 hours will result in the items lease to next interested customer(s).
Please check your junk/spam folders to ensure that our invoice does not land there

**By sending in an order form, it is a CONFIRMED ORDER and failure to make payment within the given time frame will result in you being blacklisted.

Postage:

All item prices are exclusive of the postage fees (otherwise stated) and are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
All items will be mailed out within 2 working days once payments are being verified.
For registered articles, RA codes will be send within the next working days after items has been mailed.
All parcels are delivered via Singpost and delivery time takes about 2 days - 1 week's time.
Please note that the speed of delivery is determined solely by the Post Office, we are only responsible in mailing.
We strongly urge you to opt for registered postage to prevent lost mails via normal postage.
Customers are entitled with a snapshot of parcel before delivery upon request.

Postage charges:

NORMAL POSTAGE: SGD1.50 (Apparels) with Additional $0.50 for additional item 
NORMAL POSTAGE: SGD2.50 (Bags/Shoes/Bulky items) with Additional $0.50 for additional item

REGISTERED POSTAGE: SGD3.75 (Apparels) with Additional $1-$1.50 for additional item
REGISTERED POSTAGE: SGD4.75 (Bags/Shoes/Bulky items) with Additional $1-$1.50 for additional item

Note: Additional Charges will be dependent on the mass of the parcel, prices stated (underlined) is a guideline.

TAINTEDAISIES will not be held responsible for any lost normal postage(s).

Mode Of Payment:

Only POSB/DBS ATM transfers and internet-banking is available at this moment.
**Snapshot of the bank transaction receipt will be required for verification purposes.
All payments have to be made within 24 hours upon receiving invoice, to : POSB SAVINGS 228-45275-0.
Please remember to reply your payment details in the transaction details format which will be shown in the invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please gauge according to the model's height and UK sizes, do allow 1 inch difference in all apparels.
For defected items, TD will require a clear snapshot of the defected area(s) in order to proceed with the refund/exchange within 4 days after purchase.
There is strictly no exchange nor refund policy for items that do not fit you, or items that you dislike after purchasing.
